Star of 8 rays within wreath tied at the bottom; in the exergue, TCON. Ferrando 1164. RIC 210. Very rare. Toned and well-struck from fresh dies. Extremely fine.

In in 354 AD, the Arles mint was officially renamed Constantina in honor of Constantius II. Coins struck for Gallus during the last year of his reign reflect this change in their mint marks like CON or CONST instead of ARL.
