MACEDON. Tragilos. Circa 380 BC. (Bronze, 15 mm, 4.21 g, 7 h). Head of Hermes right, wearing petasos. Rev. ΤΡΑΙΛΙΟΝ Rose; grape cluster to the right field. SNG ANS 911. SNG Cop. 452. Nice details with an amazing depiction of Hermes that reminisces the silver tetradrachms of Ainos; A magnificent example. Some minor scratches, otherwise, almost extremely fine.
