LUCANIA. Paestum (Poseidonia). period of the Second Punic War, 218-201 BC. Triens (Bronze, 19 mm, 4.10 g, 4 h). Female head to right, wearing ivy wreath, with mark of value (••••) behind her neck. Rev. ΠAIS Cornucopia to left, with mark of value (••••) and small branch to left. Crawford, Paestum 6/1. HN Italy 1196. Green patina. Some rough areas, mainly on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
