CAMPANIA. Neapolis. Circa 300-275 BC. Didrachm or nomos (Silver, 18 mm, 6.98 g, 9 h). Diademed head of nymph to right, wearing triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace; behind neck, amphora. Rev. NEOΠOΛITHΣ Man-headed bull walking right; above, Nike flying right, placing wreath on bull's head. HN III 569. Sambon 471. SNG ANS 360-361. Well centered. Edge reworked due to prior mounting; some scratches on both sides, otherwise, good fine.
