KINGS OF SOPHENE. Arsames I, circa 255-225 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 14 mm, 3.89 g, 1 h), second series. Diademed and draped bust of Arsames to right, wearing cylindrical tiara. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΡΣΑΜΟΥ Piloi of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars. ACV 9. Alram 173. CSC 8. Kovacs 6 (this obverse die). A well struck and clear example with pleasant details. Reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
