Constantine III, 407-411. Siliqua (Silver, 16.5 mm, 1.39 g, 6 h), Treveri, 408-411. D N CONSTAN-TINVS P F AVG Draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine to right, wearing pearl diadem. Rev. VICTORI-A AAVGGG / TRMS Roma seated left on cuirass, holding Victory on globe in her outstretched right hand and reversed spear in her left. Lafaurie 11. RIC 1534. Rare. Nicely toned and well-struck on an unusually full flan. Extremely fine.

From the Castellum Collection, ex Roma XX, 29 October 2020, 711 and from the Trausnitz Collection, Nomos 19, 17 November 2019, 385, originally acquired from Münzhandlung Athena prior to 2000.
