ΚΑΙCΑΡ Μ Α - YΡΗΛΙC Bareheaded and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius to right. Rev. L Ι-Δ Eirene standing facing, head left, holding grain ears in right hand and caduceus in left. Dattari (Savio) 9049 (this coin). Geissen 1918. K&G 37.42. RPC IV.4 Online temp. 13713. Green patina. Surfaces a little rough. Very fine.
