EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 34.60 mm, 24.99 g, 12 h), year ΙϚ = 16 = 131-132. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ - ΤΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙA CEΒ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right. Rev. L IϚ Emperor, togate, standing right in a quadric moving slowly to right, holding an eagle-tipped scepter in his left hand and a palm branch in his right. Dattari (Savio) 1592. Geissen 1048-1049. K&G 32.522. RPC III 5790. Well-struck and with a dark, reddish-brown patina. Some traces of careful cleaning, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
