KAM – A – [PI] – N[A] (retrograde) The nymph Kamarina, her head turned to left, wearing a chiton and with her legs crossed at the ankles, riding a swan to left, clasping the swan's neck with her left hand and the end of her chiton with her right; in the field to left and right, three fish (grey mullets?). Rev. ΙΠΠΑ – P [Ι – Σ] (retrograde) Bare head of the river-god Hipparis to left, flanked by two fish swimming upwards. Gillet 372 (this coin). Jameson 527 (this coin). Rizzo Pl. VII, 2 (same dies).
