LIBERALITAS / AVG III Antoninus, togate, seated left on chair, set on low platform on right, extending his right hand; by him, Liberalitas, draped, standing left, holding abacus in her right hand and cornucopiae with her left; on ground in front, citizen, togate, standing right, holding out fold of toga with both hands. BMC 218. Cohen 485. Calicó 1562 (same dies). RIC 75. Rare. A lovely, sharp and clear example of particularly fine style. Good very fine.

TR POT COS III / ITALIA Italia seated left on globe, wearing mural crown, holding cornucopiae with her right hand and long scepter with her left. Banti -. Cohen -. Gnecchi II, p. 12, 29 and pl. 45, 10 var. (but with a differing bust type). Extremely rare, and with a beautiful light, olive-green patina. Remains of corrosion, especially on the edges, and with minor cracks in the patina, otherwise, good very fine.
