Hadrian, 117-138. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 34mm, 24.37 g 5), Rome, 119-138. IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right, wearing slight drapery on left shoulder. Rev. P M TR P COS III / S - C Ceres standing front, her head turned to left, holding two grain-ears in her right hand and long torch with her left. BMC 1245. Cohen 1075. RIC 610. A lovely example with beautiful dark green patina and a fine portrait. Extremely fine.
