EASTERN CELTS. 2nd-3rd century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22mm, 12.14 g 10), imitating Philip II of Macedon. Celticized head of laureate Zeus to right. Rev. Horseman to left. Cf. Dembski 1001-1006 and Lanz 369-374. A curious piece with an intriguing countermark and a test cut on reverse. Fair.
