D N ANASTA-SIVS P P AVC Helmeted and cuirassed bust of Anastasius facing, his head turned slightly to right, wearing diadem, holding a spear with his right hand and a shield, ornamented with a horseman, over his left shoulder. Rev. VICTORI-A AVCCC A / CONOB Victory standing left, holding long cross; behind her, eight-pointed star. Cf. DOC 4 (but 1st officina not recorded). MIBE 4. SB 3. Well-centered and lightly toned. Minor marks in the fields, otherwise, extremely fine.
