CILICIA. Nagidos. Circa 400-380 BC. Stater (Silver, 21 mm, 10.48 g, 6 h). Bearded head of Dionysos to right, wearing ivy wreath. Rev. Ν[ΑΓΙΔΕΩΝ] Head of Aphrodite to right, her hair bound with a broad band, wearing an elaborate pendant earring and a pearl necklace. Cf. BMC 3. PGB 11, 21 January 2002, 138 (same dies). Traité II, 3, 1500 and pl. CXLI, 1. Boldly struck and with powerful heads. Obverse very slightly double-struck and with much of the reverse legend apparently erased in the die, otherwise, extremely fine.
