PHOENICIA. Arados. Circa 242/1-167/6 BC. (Bronze, 17 mm, 5.86 g, 12 h), year 18 = 242-241. Turreted head of Tyche to right. Rev. Prow left, with figurehead of Athena Promachos; Aradian era date in exergue. Duyrat 1404-6. HGC 10, 86. Well centered and quite bold. Very fine.

ΕΠΙ ΚΟΥΑΔΡΑΤΟΥ Ram leaping to right, head turned to look back; above, star; below, ΔP. BMC -. McAlee 100. RPC I 4286. SNG Copenhagen 99. Brown patina with earthen highlights. Slightly rough surfaces, otherwise, very fine.
