ΑYΤ ΚΑΙ Μ ΚΟΜΟΔΟC EYTYΧ Commodus, bearded and in military attire, standing left, holding Nike in right hand and long scepter in left. Rev. ΙEΡΟΠΟΛΙΤωΝ ΚΑCΤΑΒΑΛΕωΝ Draped bust of youthful Dionysos to right, wearing ivy wreath, thyrsos over far shoulder; to right, grape bunch. RPC IV.3 Online temp. 6184. SNG von Aulock 5575. Dark brown patina. Image of Commodus erased in a Damnatio Memoriae practice. Very fine/very good.
