DIVVS ANTONINVS Bare head of Antoninus Pius to right. Rev. CONSECRATIO Funeral pyre of four tiers, decorated with garlands and surmounted by facing quadriga. Cohen 164. BMC 61 (Marcus Aurelius). RIC 438 (Marcus Aurelius). Light scrape on reverse, light porosity, otherwise, about extremely fine.

DIVVS ANTONINVS Bare head of Antoninus Pius to right. Rev. CONSECRATIO S-C Eagle, with spread wings, standing left on globe, his head turned back to right. BMC 870. Cohen 162. RIC 1265. A lovely example of a rare issue. Dark green patina. Smoothed fields mainly on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
