VICTOR-IA AVGG / T-R/ COM Two emperors of equal size, Valentinian II and Theodosius I, nimbate and wearing imperial robes, seated facing on throne, the one on right holding mappa in his left hand, and the two together holding globe; between them above, Victory facing with her wings spread over their heads; between them below, palm-branch. Cohen 37. Depeyrot 53/1. RIC 90a. A lovely, toned example. Nearly extremely fine.
