THRACE. Odessos. Circa 115/05-72/1 BC. (Bronze, 16 mm, 3.42 g, 12 h). Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. ΟΔΗΣΙΤ Odessos reclining to left on rock-bed, holding phiale in his right hand and cornucopia in his left; inverted amphora and ΘΕ ιn the upper left field. HGC 3.2, 1596. SNG BM Black Sea 298. Cf. SNG Stancomb 259 (ΘΕΟ). Dark green patina. Good very fine.
