FA Eagle with closed wings standing left; in right field, grape bunch on vine. BCD Olympia 195. Seltman pl. XII, 22. Old cabinet tone. Obverse struck from a worn - as usual - die, otherwise, nearly very fine.

ELIS. Olympia. 134th-143rd Olympiad, circa 244-208 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18.5 mm, 4.86 g, 7 h). Eagle flying right, clutching hare in its talons and tearing at it with his beak. Rev. F-A Thunderbolt, with volutes above and wings below, flanked by monogram on the left field and kantharos on the right field. BCD Olympia 255. Sharp and lightly toned. Obverse slightly off-center, otherwise, good very fine.
