THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 13 mm, 2.29 g, 6 h). Forepart of a lion to right, his head turned back to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two raised and two sunken squares; in one of the sunken squares, pellet with Α; in the other, bunch of grapes on vine. BMC 18. Dewing 3104. McClean 4088. Weber 2434. A clear and attractive piece. Toned. Good fine.
