[MP - ΘV] / P Half-length figure of the Virgin Mary, orans, within city walls with six towers; in the upper field, sigla of four pellets. Rev. {ANΔΡΟΝΙΚΟC XM ΔECPOTIC or similar] / IC - XC Christ standing facing, crowning Andronicus and Michael kneeling to left and right, respectively. Cf. DOC 235-261 (sigla not recorded). LPC 62.1. PCPC 127, sigla -. SB 2396. Some flat areas and graffiti, otherwise, very fine.

KYPIЄ BOHΘEI / IC XC Christ Pantokrator seated facing on throne, raising his right hand in benediction and holding Gospels in left. Rev. ΑΝΔΡΟΝΙΚΟ ΜΧΗΛ ΔECΠΟ Andronicus and Michael standing facing, each raising hand to chest and holding labarum between them. DOC 510. PCPC 134. SB 2402. Very rare with imperial legends. Toned. Typical flat areas, otherwise, very fine.
