A/N/N/O - X-II/II Large K; above, cross; below, Y/Z. DOC 183. MIBE 121. SB 208. Struck on a broad flan; green patina. Very fine.



Either for efficiency or simply a case of simple artistic licence, the die engravers at Cyzicus used the denomination mark of the half follis (the K) to begin the mint mark.
