The posthumous portraits of Julius Caesar vary greatly in their quality, even within a single issue. This is a dramatically emotional head and was certainly engraved by a master portraitist, undoubtedly a Greek.

CRI 315. RSC 90 (Augustus). Sydenham 1338. Lightly toned. A few small dents, bangs, scrapes and other evidences of antiquity on both sides, otherwise, about very fine.
