ΜΕΤΑ Ear of barley with leaf to right; above leaf, fly to right. HN III 1698. Johnson, Bronze, 62. SNG ANS 574. SNG Copenhagen 1261. Well-struck and sharp, with a fine brown patina. Good very fine.

ΠΟΜΕS (retrograde) Bull standing to right on dotted ground line; in exergue, (retrograde) SA. HN III 1114. SNG ANS 649 var (SA on exergue). An attractive stater of Poseidonia, toned and well-struck; very rare variation. Very fine.
