MYSIA. Pergamon. Circa 133-27 BC. (Bronze, 17 mm, 3.63 g, 12 h), struck under the magistrate Demetrios. ΔHMHTPIOY Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. AΣKΛHΠIOY ΣΩTHPOΣ Serpent-entwined staff of Asklepios. SNG Paris 1849-51. Nicely patinated; a clear and well-struck example. A few uncleaned spots as found, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
