Diademed head of Demetrios to right, wearing bull’s horn above his forehead. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ Poseidon, nude to the waist, seated left on a pile of rocks, holding aplustre in his right hand and trident with his left; in inner field to left, monogram of ΑΡΤ over Ξ; on outer right, monogram. Newell 103. A sharp and clear coin with a fine portrait and attractive matte gray surfaces. Some scratches on the obverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.

ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ Poseidon, nude to the waist, seated left on a pile of rocks, holding aplustre in his right hand and lotus tipped scepter with his left; on outer right, ΔH monogram; ANTIΦ monogram on the rock-bed. Newell 74 (LXIII/116). Scarce with Poseidon holding a scepter instead of a trident. Small die break on the obverse. Extremely fine.

ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ Poseidon, nude, standing to left, his right foot on a rock, holding a trident with his left hand and resting his right on his right thigh; in outer field to right, monogram of ANTIΦ; in outer field to left, monogram of KA. Jameson 1005 (this obverse die). Newell 80 (LXIX/-). Toned and with a portrait of fine style. Very fine.
