IEΡO -ΠOΛITΩN - TΩN ΠΡOΣ TΩI / ΠΥΡAMΩI The river-god Pyramos swimming to right, holding eagle in right hand. SNG Levante 1569. SNG Paris 2212-7. Attractive light green patina; struck from a skillfully engraved dies. Very fine.

CILICIA. Holmoi. Circa 440 BC. Stater (Silver, 19 mm, 10.77 g, 1 h). Nude rider sliding off a horse galloping to right, his left hand holding the reins, holding a whip in his right, and with both of his legs on the right side of the horse; around, border of dots. Rev. ΟΛΜΙ Stern of a galley to left; all within deep circular incuse. Unpublished, save for Roma XVI, 2018, lot 324. With types engraved in a vigorous local style. Struck from a rather crude obverse die, otherwise, extremely fine.

CILICIA. Ura (Kelenderis). Circa 460s-450s BC. Stater (Silver, 21 mm, 10.56 g, 11 h). Goat kneeling to right, his head reverted to smell a flower on a branch curling behind him; below, partially incuse circular symbol. Rev. 𐤀𐤓𐤄 ('RH in Aramaic) City-wall with two towers; all within a border of dots in a shallow incuse square. Unpublished, save for Roma XII, 2016, lot 348, struck from the same dies. Extremely rare. Struck from worn dies and with a double-struck reverse, otherwise, very fine.
