Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes II to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with a star between two eagles. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ BAΣIΛEΩN TIΓPANOY Herakles standing facing, head to left, setting club on the ground with his right hand; lion's skin draped over his left arm; to A and ΔΗ monograms across the fields. ACV -. CAA -. Kovacs 86. Struck on an unusually broad and heavy flan. Edge split, otherwise, very fine.

Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes II to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with a star between two eagles. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ BAΣIΛEΩN TIΓPANOY Cornucopia filled with fruits and bound with fillet; A and ΔΗ monograms across the fields. ACV 96. Kovacs 87 (this obverse die). Struck on a broad flan, with a spectacular reverse. Minor rough areas on the obverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.

Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes II to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with a star between two eagles. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ BAΣIΛEΩN TIΓPANOY Grain ear; A and ΔΗ monograms across the lower part of the fields. ACV -. CAA -. Kovacs 88 (these dies). YTN 181. A wonderful little coin. Well struck and clear with brown surfaces and appealing style. Nearly extremely fine.
