PAMPHYLIA. Side. Gallienus, 253-268. (Bronze, 29 mm, 14.88 g, 1 h). ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΥ ΛΙ ΕΓΝ ΓΑΛΛΙΗΝΟC CΕΒΑ Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus to right, seen from rear; in front, I. Rev. CIΔΗΤΩΝ ΝΕΩΚΟΡ-ΩΡ Galley with four rowers to left; on stern, standard; above, AE. RPC X, — (unassigned; ID 84869). Very fine.



RPC (online) is only aware of three coins of this type, with two in public collections. Our coin shares the dies with the Berlin specimen depicted by RPC, but is by far the better example.
