LYDIA. Sardis. Elagabalus, 218-222. (Bronze, 23 mm, 6.01 g, 6 h). ΑΥ Κ Μ ΑΥ ΑΝΤΩΝƐΙΝΟϹ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus to right, seen from behind. Rev. CAPΔΙΑΝΩΝ B NEΩKOPΩN Tyche standing facing, head to left, wearing kalathos, holding rudder with her right hand and cornucopia over her left arm. RPC VI Online 4469 . Extremely Rare. The fourth and finest known example. Lovely black patina and with a pleasing portrait of Elagabalus. Very fine.
