S - C The front of a triumphal arch, in three-quarter view, with a garland across the opening, surmounted by the emperor in facing quadriga flanked by Pax, on the left, and Victory, on the right; at both ends of the entablature, soldier rushing outwards; in the side niche, statue of Mars standing facing; sculptural friezes depicting deities and a gigantomachy on the face of the arch pilasters and on the base plinths .
