Before a view of Amsterdam, on a banner supported by three putti - the one on the right holding a palm branch and the one on the left an olive branch - , inscription in eight lines: Pacis Felicitas / ad Utrumq Solem, / Utrumq Oceanum, / Terra mariq Parta, / Perpetuæ Tranquil - / litatis Publicæ / Spe et Voto / Anno M.D.C.xlviii.
