CAPPADOCIA. Caesarea. Gordian III, 238-244. (Bronze, 23 mm, 6.58 g, 11 h), reduced standard, dated RY Z = 7 = 244. ΑΥ ΚΑΙ Μ ΑΝΤ ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right. Rev. ΜΗΤΡ ΚΑΙ Β Ν Six ears of corn tied together; to left and right of stems, ET-Z (date). Bland 2023, 283 (V/?). Ganschow 907h. RPC VII.2, 3397. Earthen highlights. Nearly very fine.
