ARGOLIS, Argos. c. 490-470 BC. Obol (Silver, 8mm, 0.91 g 12). Head of wolf to left. Rev. A, with a pellet below the crossbar, within a shallow incuse square with two deep incuses above. BCD Peloponnesos 1019. BMC 23 var. Very rare. Rough surfaces but bold and attractive. Good very fine.
