Rev. +NIKHΦ ΔE Tω BOTANIAT' Constantine standing facing, holding labarum and globus cruciger; saltire cross on shaft, four pellets in loros end, droplet below globus cruciger. DOC 3b. SB 1881. Well struck and with a lovely portrait of Bataniates. Two flan cracks, otherwise, about extremely fine.

Christ nimbate seated facing on backless throne, wearing tunic and colobium, raising right hand in benediction and holding Book of Gospels in left; in field, IC - XC. Rev. IΩ / ΔЄC-ΠO-TH to left; to right, O / ΓЄΩP John and St. George standing facing, holding patriarchal cross between them. DOC 8a. SB 1941. Well centered on a broad flan; a particularly fine example. BROKEN AND RE-ATTACHED, otherwise, good very fine.
