D N LEO PE-RPET AVG Helmeted, diademed and cuirassed bust of Leo facing, his head turned slightly to right, holding a spear over his right shoulder and with a shield, ornamented with a horseman spearing a fallen foe, over his left. Rev. VICTORI-A AVGGG H / CONOB Victory standing left, holding long jeweled cross; in field to right, star. Depeyrot 93/1. RIC 605. Sharp, with original mint luster. Overstruck or with a flan fault on the obverse, and with a tiny graffito on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
