KOPOΠEICEΩN THC KIHTΩN On the right, Perseus, nude, standing left, holding harpa in his left hand and clasping his right with the right hand of Andromeda, draped and on the left, standing right, holding an uncertain circular object in her left hand. SNG France 775. SBG Levante -. Very rare, and with a fascinating mythological reverse. Very fine.

What can the object in Andromeda's hand be? Could it be that the engraver has her carrying the mirror Perseus used to defeat the Medusa?.
