СΑΟYΑΤΡEΩΝ Athena standing, facing, head turned to left, dropping incense on a thymiaterion with her right hand and, resting her left, holding a spear, on a shield, leaning against her left leg. BMC 1. RPC online 7256. SNG von Aulock 8652. Von Aulock, Lykaoniens, 184-188 (same dies). Rare type. Good very fine.

ΑΙΓΕΑΙΩΝ, ΦΙΛΩΤΑ /BMP / ΘΕΟΔΟϹ Tyche of Aegae seated right on throne, holding aphlaston. RPC II 1780. SNG Levante 1701. Extremely rare, with only three examples recorded in RPC. Very slight roughness on the fields, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.

CILICIA. Anazarbus. Julia Maesa, grandmother of Elagabalus and Severus Alexander, 222-235. (Bronze, 26.5 mm, 11.22 g, 6 h), struck under Severus Alexander, year AMC (241) = 222-223. ΙΟYΛIA• ΜΑ-ICA CEB Draped bust of Julia Maesa to right. Rev. ΑΝΑΖΑΡΒΟΥ ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛ ΑΜΚ Γ Β Two neocorate temples, one hexastyle, the other tetrastyle, both with a shield on the pediment. RPC VI Online 7291 = SNG Levante Supplement 339 = Ziegler 376 = Triton VII (2004), 758. Only the second known of this type, and struck from the same dies as the only other example. Good very fine.
