CARIA. Heraclaea Salbace. Circa 2nd - 3rd century. Assarion (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.24 g, 6 h). ΓEΡΟY-СΙΑ Veiled and draped bust of the local Senate to right. Rev. HPAKΛ-EΩTΩN Nike standing right on globe, holding wreath and palm branch. Apparently unpublished. Well struck and clear with a dark brown patina. Good very fine.

MYΛΑ-[CEΩN] Cult statue of Zeus Labraundos facing within a tetrastyle temple with a wreath in the pediment. Akarca 90. BMC 38. SNG Copenhagen 437. SNG München 372. SNG von Aulock 2630. An impressive looking coin stuck on a large flan. Somehat rough surfaces, otherwise, very fine.
