THESSALY. Gyrton. Circa 400-344 BC. Trichalkon (Bronze, 20 mm, 8.48 g, 2 h). Laureate head of Zeus to left. Rev. ΓΥΡΤ-ΩΝΙΩΝ (partially retrograde) Horse prancing left; monogram below. BCD Thessaly II 82.3 (this reverse die). Dark brown patina. Good very fine.
