Rev. KE BΘ/ΛΕΟΝΤΙ/ Α CΠΑΘ ΕΠΙ Τ/ ΧΡΓΚΛ ΚΡΙ/Τ ΕΠΙ T, IΠ/Δ S EΞΑ/KT,P in seven lines of very abbreviated text; the whole within plain dotted border. Apparently unique, and with no other example known to the cataloguer. Nicely preserved and clear, with an unexpected representation of St. Gregory the Theologian. Jordanov, Corpus II p. 305. A very rare seal, probably the second known. Possibly the earliest documentation of the Nestoggos family. Unusual for its depiction of St. Theodoros of the Sphorakion.
