CENTRAL EUROPE, Boii. 1st century BC. Fraction (Silver, 10mm, 0.39 g), Roseldorf III type. Irregular bulge. Rev. Horned bull standing left; above, three pellets; below, bow (?). Dembski B-19. Flesche 469f. Lanz 105. Rare. A lovely example. Nicely struck on a full flan and apparently among the finest known specimens of this type. Slightly porous, otherwise, good very fine.
