PONTUS. Amasia. Domitian, 81-96. (Bronze, 20 mm, 3.84 g, 6 h), dated CY 95 = 92/3. ΑΥΤ ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΩ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ϹΕΒΑϹ ΓΕΡ[?Μ] Laureate bust of Domitian to right,[small aegis at point of bust]. Rev. ΑΜΑϹϹΕΙΑϹ ΕΤΟΥϹ ΕϘ View of the city with eight towers and at the centre a temple with four columns; to left, tomb (?); all framed by two mountain summits; above, ꟼE (date). Dalaison 16a. RPC 1631. Interesting architectural composition and very rare. Irregular flan and marks , otherwise, about very fine.
