Pillet, plain edge and with a center hole. 10 / ΛΕΠΤΑ Owl standing facing on a Panathenaic amphora lying on its side; to right, olive branch; below, CH. PILLET; ΕSSAI, in tiny letters, in the upper right field. Rev. BAΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ / ΤΗΣ /ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ / 1912 in four lines; to right, the crown of the Kingdom of Greece. Divo -. Karamitsos T.81 (this coin, but not illustrated), KM E27. Extremely rare, only the second example known. Graded by NGC as "PF 64". Cert number: 2908902-007.

LUCANIA. Velia. Circa 340-334 BC. Nomos (Silver, 22 mm, 7.52 g, 2 h), from the "Θ" group. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with a griffin. Rev. YEΛHTΩN Lion walking to right; above, Φ. HN III 1287. SNG Ashmolean 1128-9 (same dies). Williams 296 (O164/R228). Rough surfaces and graffiti, otherwise, nearly very fine.
