Rev. • ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ • Crowned and mantled shield bearing the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Greece; below, 1 ΔΡΑΧΜH flanked by the privy marks cornucopia (for the Mint Director) on the left and, on the right, a fasces (for the Engraver General, Jean Lagrange, 1880-1896). Pan, blowing conch shell held in right hand and holding kerykeion over left shoulder, riding goat to right; below, Corinthian helmet to right. Rev. Nike flying to left, holding filleted aphlaston in right hand and hem of her dress in left; six pellets (value mark) on her left. CNS 27. HGC 2, 474. SNG Copenhagen 318. Green patina. Very fine.
