ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ The crown of the Kingdom of Greece; below, in tiny letters, A BOPPEΛ and 1901 flanked by the privy marks cornucopia (for the Mint Director) on the left and torch (for the Engraver General, Henri-Auguste Patey, 1896-1930) on the right. Rev. Laurel wreath tied below, containing the denomination, 2/ ΛΕΠΤΑ in two lines; above the tie, A. Divo 137b. Karamitsos C.4. KM 2. Graded by NGC "MS 64 RB". Cert number: 2909006-013.

MYSIA. Lampsakos. Circa 500-450 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 4.54 g, 5 h). Janiform female head, wearing a double stephane and a circular earring. Rev. Helmeted head of Athena to left within a shallow incuse square; behind, monogram. Baldwin, Lampsakos, Group A, Type II (unlisted control mark). SNG France var. (control mark). SNG von Aulock 1291 var. (same). Very rare issue, we are only aware of one other specimen from the same dies sold by Roma in 2022. Light porosity, otherwise, very fine.
