Struck on a short flan, with a punchmark and some scrapes on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.

C COPONIVS.PR.S.C. Club of Hercules supporting lion skin with head in profile; to left and right, arrow and bow. Babelon (Sicinia) 1. Crawford 444/1a. CRI 3. Sydenham 939. Very attractively toned and well-centered. Traces of corrosion under the toning, otherwise, about extremely fine.

L.HOSTILIVS / SAS[...] Nude Gallic warrior, holding shield with his left hand and hurling spear with his right, standing left in a galloping biga being driven to right by a seated charioteer holding a whip. Babelon (Hostilia) 2. Crawford 448/2. CRI 18. Sydenham 952. Rare and interesting, with a fine 'portrait'. Struck on a short flan, otherwise, very fine.
