Hadrian, 117-138. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 33 mm, 23.65 g, 5 h), Rome, 124-128. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery. Rev. COS III / S C Roma in military dress, seated left on cuirass, holding Victory on extended right hand and cornucopia in the left; to right, round shield set on ground. Cohen 343 var. (bust type). BMC 1298. RIC 636. Very dark green patina. Some minor pitting, otherwise, good very fine.
