Youthful head of George I to right; below truncation, in tiny letters, BAPPE. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ Laurel wreath containing surrounding 5 / ΔΡΑΧΜΑΙ / 1876 in three lines; privy marks bee (for the Mint Director, Renouard de Bussière, 1860-1879) on the left and an anchor (for the Engraver General, A. D. Barre, 1855-1878) on the right. Divo 46. Karamitsos 161. KM 47. This coin is extremely uncommon in such high quality! Graded by NGC "MS 65". Cert number: 2908902-002.

CARTHAGE. Circa 350-340 BC. Stater (Gold, 19 mm, 9.16 g, 6 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing a triple pendant earring, a necklace, tied at the back and hung with seven pendants, and a wreath of grain leaves. Rev. Horse standing to right; pellet below the horse on the upper left and just before the left fore hoof; in exergue, inscription-like pattern. Jenkins & Lewis Group IIIa 6 = SNG Lloyd 1656 (same dies). Clear and attractive. Some minor die faults and flatness, otherwise, good very fine.
